Engelwood Fund & Corporate Services S.A. is an independent financial and corporate services provider, based in Luxembourg, with headquarters located in Luxembourg city and part of the Engelwood network, built up around the One Stop Shop concept, providing tailored solutions with high level of expertise. The company is a Professional of the Financial Sector regulated by the Luxembourg supervisory authorities (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier – CSSF) and provides incorporation, domiciliation, transfer agency and central administration services to regulated (and unregulated) investment vehicles, with a primary focus on private equity, real estate and private debt structures.

Due to the increase in current and future business, we are currently looking for a Fund Accounting – Officer to join our company.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the production, calculation and review of the Net Asset Value (NAV) for an assigned portfolio of regulated/non-regulated, stand-alone/multi-compartment investment funds.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records on a daily basis.
• Ensure compliance of all accounting entries and reports with applicable frameworks (LUX GAAP, Fair Value Option, IFRS, SIF law, SICAR law, RAIF law).
• Perform, review and reconcile monthly/quarterly/annual accruals, investment revaluations, and foreign exchange adjustments across all asset classes.
• Prepare and review fee calculations (management fees, performance fees, administration fees) and process corporate actions (capital calls, distributions, equalisations).
• Assist with direct and indirect tax filings and regulatory reporting (CSSF, BCL) for the assigned portfolio.
• Coordinate the audit process for assigned entities: maintain audit files (included preparation of the financial statements) and liaise directly with auditors.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (Asset Managers, Trustees/Depositaries, local operational teams) on all operational matters within the portfolio.
• Proactively manage own workload, support team members, and escalate complex issues to the Senior Officer or line manager.

Minimum profile requirements:

• Solid knowledge of Luxembourg accounting standards (LUX GAAP, Fair Value Option) and investment fund regulations.
• Operational mastery of NAV calculation for regulated fund structures (SIF, SICAR, RAIF).
• Good knowledge of financial instruments (equities, bonds, derivatives, money market, unlisted assets).
• Proficiency in fund administration systems and Excel.
• Understanding of CSSF/BCL regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Organised and able to manage own workload independently; results-oriented with a strong client service mindset.
• Clear and proactive communication with internal stakeholders; problem-solving ability for standard operational issues.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in fund accounting or financial services in Luxembourg.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); any additional language is an asset.
