Engelwood Asset Management S.A. is active in fund structuring, asset management and asset services. The company was founded in July 2001 and was renamed Engelwood Asset Management S.A. in July 2019.

Engelwood Asset Management S.A. is a CSSF regulated third party AIFM (European Alternative Investment Fund Manager) in Luxembourg.

Due to the increase in current and future business, we are currently looking for an Regulatory Officer to join our company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess regulatory developments; perform gap analyses and support implementation of changes
  • Partner with project teams to ensure regulatory requirements are properly embedded into business processes
  • Maintain and update policies and procedures in line with regulatory expectations
  • Contribute to the Compliance Risk Assessment and Monitoring Programme; identify, assess, and escalate risks
  • Maintain compliance registers (incl. conflicts of interest) and ensure proper documentation
  • Support internal and external audits and follow up on remediation actions
  • Contribute to compliance reporting, including the annual report
  • Coordinate due diligence requests, regulatory inquiries, and on-site visits
  • Draft compliance memos and provide practical guidance to stakeholders
  • Prepare materials for Board and Executive Committee
  • Support employee vetting processes (annual and ad-hoc)

Minimum profile requirements:

  • Degree in Law, Finance, Economics or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg and EU regulatory frameworks
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
